What began as an employee-led, in-house leadership program has grown into a separate service branch. Sigma Leadership Solutions is led by Amy Horn. She is an Ontological coach, facilitator and certified Enneagram practitioner. Amy is currently working toward receiving her Professional Coaching Certification through the International Coaching Federation.
