King Cake Competition

To celebrate the vibrant spirit of Mardi Gras, Sigma hosted its highly anticipated annual King Cake Competition, bringing together employees for a fun and flavorful event. This year, the competition featured two exciting categories: Best Homemade and Best Store-Bought. With over 13 unique entries, participants showcased a diverse array of King Cakes, from traditional favorites to inventive takes with savory Louisiana flavors and even a few famous King Cake varieties thrown into the mix.

For the first time, Sigma introduced a new voting system that allowed employees to cast their votes on their favorite King Cake bite. The results were a delicious testament to the creativity and passion of our employees, reflecting the rich cultural tapestry that makes Louisiana so special.

As a proud Louisiana-based company, we love incorporating the spirit of Mardi Gras into our daily lives. The King Cake competition was the perfect way to bring our team together and celebrate the festive season while honoring the traditions that make Louisiana culture so unique

Easter Bunny & Egg Hunt

Sigma held an Easter egg hunt with the Easter Bunny this Easter! One of our 2024 Goals is to have more company events that are family centric. This event was similar to that of our Donuts with Santa event-which was a huge success! We’re glad to have willing participants and volunteers to set up engaging activities and egg hunts.

Cinco De Mayo

Jovis Tacos hosted Sigma’s Cinco De Mayo Festivities which included a custom Sigma Piñata this year! We had such a fun time talking, eating, and giving our best swing at the piñata…some were better than others. Check-out our Instagram for the full video of our Sigma Crew busting open the piñata!
